Сценарій позакласного заходу

(гра «Who is the best at English?»)

Мета: Практична: Активізувати у мовленнєвій діяльності лексику з теми Здоров’я, Зовнішність, Пори Року.

Освітня: розширити знання учнів з тем Здоров’я, Зовнішність, Пори Року.

Розвивальна: розвивати мовну кмітливість учнів.

Виховна:  виховувати в учнів повагу один до одного, творчість.

Хід роботи:

1.     Вступне слово вчителя        

Teacher. Good morning, my dear friends. I am glad to see you here today. I know that all of you are very hardworking, smart and clever pupils, who are fond of English.  Today we shall have an interesting quiz and see who is the best at English.

Today … are the members of our jury. They will count all you points the announce the winner.

Your homework was to choose the name of your team, make a slogan and choose a captain of your team. So present ,please, your teams. (2 teams of 6 pupils)(4 min)

Teacher. The teams are formed and we can start our quiz. At the end of it our jury will count all your points and announce the team that has won.

2.     Основна частина заходу

I.                  Our first competition is called “Young poets”. Each team will get a card with a poem “The Seasons”, the lines of which are not finished. Your task is to find the rhymes. (6 min)

II.              The next competition is called “My favourite letter”.  I shall give you letter [ S ] and your task will be to write as many words, which begin with this letter, as you know.(3 min)

For every word you get 1 point.

Competition for fans. There are 2 teams of fans. The fans of the first team read the word and translate it. If they do it correctly, the main team will get +1 point.

III.           Our next competition is called  “A false letter”. Your task is to change one letter and then you will see a familiar word.(2 min)

IV.           The next competition is called “A secret message”. Your task is to draw a picture with hidden letters. The team with the highest number of hidden letters is the winner.(2 min)

Captain’s competition.  At the back of the board there is one long word. A sentence is hidden there. You must divide this long word into another word to read a sentence. The team, whose captain copes with the task the first, will get 2 points.

VI.                     Our last competition is called “Young painters”. I will read you’re the description of a monster’s appearance, and you are to draw it. (5 min)

The monster’s name is Kroko. He has an oval green body. His head is square and orange. His left arm is bigger than his right one. His right leg is straight and his left leg is not straight, it is crooked. He has three eyes and 2 noses. Kroko’s mouth is big and his teeth are very small and yellow. His hair is dark, curly and long.

For every correct  part of the body you get 1 point. (max 15)

3.     Заключне слово вчителя

Teacher.     It is time to listen to our jury and get to know what team is the winner today. (Jury’s  words).

Teacher.     My congratulations to the winners! I think that you are really the best at English in your class. That’s why you get presents for your work. The team, that has lost, should not be disappointed. I think that next year you will win for sure! But now you get some comforting presents.

         So our quiz is over! Good bye everybody!

Конкурс знавців англійської мови

Мета: сприяти формуванню позитивних мотивів навчально-пізнавальної діяльності учнів, підвищувати рівень оволодіння мовою, стимулювати самостійну роботу учнів над мовою, створювати умови за яких учні на практиці використовуватимуть англійську мову як засіб спілкування; вдосконалювати мовленнєві вміння і навички учнів.

Конкурс можна провести зі старшокласниками на факультативних заняттях з англійської мови.

Учасники конкурсу об’єднуються у дві постійні за складом команди ( А і В ) одного класу аба двох паралельних класів.

Роль учителя полягає у проведенні конкурсів, розв’язанні спірних питань та участі у підрахунку голосів.

Перед зустіччю члени команди готують завдання, що вимагають домашньої підготовки. Кількість балів за результатами розминки й кожного завдання заздалегідь оговорюються всіма учасниками конкурсу. Бали підраховуються після кожного конкурсу. Таким чином, лідерство команд визначається на кожному етапі конкурсу. Після його закінчення підраховується загальна кількість балів і визначається команда – переможниця.

Командам пропонується скласти з наведених слів скоромовку та промовити її. Перемагає та команда, що впорається із завданням найшвидше.

Завдання 3. Гра “ Synonyms and Antonyms ”

Учитель називає відомі школярам слова – іменники, дієслова, прикметники (вісім-десять слів) та, звертаючись до учасників, просить назвати  антоніми  кожного слова та навести приклад його вживання.

N i c k .  It’s “ to hate ”. I hate to get up early.

Завдання 4. Word building triangles

Використовуючи правила словотворення, заповніть трикутники.

For the first team: act, drive, develop, teach, run

For the second team: work, speak, build, classic, inform.

Завдання 5. Make up a sentence

Командам пропонується вигадати й написати ( за 2-3 хв. ) речення, уживши в ньому: суфікс множини іменників –(е) s; присвійного відмінка іменників – s та закінчення дієслова 3-ї особи однини теперішнього постійного часу.

T e a c h e r .  Make up a simple sentence using in it the suffix of a noun –e (s) (plural form), -s (possessive case) and the verb ending (Present Simple 3^rd person singular).

Завдання 6. Гра “ Ten Questions ”

Учасникам конкурсу пропонується відгадати те, що загадали суперники з країнознавчої тематики. Це можуть бути географічні назви, історичні місця, пам’ятки міст, пам’ятки, а також імена видатних політиків, діячів науки та культури. ( Умови гри оговорюються : те, що загадали команди, має бути відоме суперникам англійською мовою. ) Кількість запитань обмежується двадцятьма. Припускаються всі чотири типи запитань : загальні, альтернативні, розділові та спеціальні. Якщо команда не може вгадати те, що загадали суперники, поставивши 10 запитань, їй зараховується поразка зі зняттям певної кількості балів ( обумовленої заздалегідь ). У випадку успіху кількість балів команди-переможниці збільшується на відповідну кількість.

Завдання 7. “ Unprepared Saying ”

Учасникам конкурсу пропонується непідготовлене висловлювання з описом життєвої ситуації; стимулом до нього можуть бути окремі лексичні одиниці, фразеологічні обороти, прислів’я та приказки. Заохочуються висловлювання, що починаються з удало підібраних увідних слів та словосполучень.

Для прикладу наведу варіант завдання.

Капітани по черзі тягнуть жереб з номером того чи іншого прислів’я. Потім вони самі або товариші по команді читають прислів’я, називають його український еквівалент і після нетривалого обмірковування виконують завдання.

T e a c h e r .  This task gives you a chance to speak English on any topic you like or on an episode of your life. Your saying should be connected with the English proverb in the lot drawn by your captain.

C a p t a i n   A .  Lot number 5. “ It is never too late to learn ”.

To begin with since childhood I lived in the country. There I went to school  where German was taught, the language I didn’t like to learn. Four years ago our family moved to Moscow. This school with English classes is near our home and I decided to enter it to study English. My parents agreed with me and approved of my wish and so did the school head master when I said. It is never too late to learn.

Proverbs:

Knowledge is power.

The good of the people is the highest law.

The first wealth is health.

Remember that time is money.

Можливе й восьме завдання конкурсу : школярам пропонується назвати авторів та виконавців музичних творів, що звучали під час пауз. Це пожвавить конкурс, надасть інтенсивності.

Додаткова інформація англійською мовою до відповідей заохочується додаванням балів.

Позакласний захід для учнів початкової школи англійською мовою.

Інсценізація казки «Білосніжка та сім гномів» на англійській мові.

Мета: Підвищення мотивації до вивчення англійської мови.
Завдання:
Навчальні: Розширення обсягу лексико-граматичних знань. Вдосконалення звукової культури мовлення школярів, їх ефективному спілкуванню та мовної виразності. Вдосконалення ігрових навичок і творчої самостійності дітей через постановку вистави. 
Розвиваючі: Розвиток творчого потенціалу учнів через участь в театральній постановці. Створення умов для реалізації індивідуальності кожного. Розвиток пам'яті, мислення, уваги, уяви.
Виховні: Створення умов для пізнавальної активності учнів та потреби в практичному використанні англійської мови. Розвиток почуття відповідальності за результат. Розвиток здатності учнів працювати в колективі.
Хід заходу.

«Snow-White and seven dwarfs» - «Білосніжка і сім гномів»
Дійові особи (від 8 до 12 учасників):
Queen - королева
Mirror - дзеркало
Prince - принц
Huntsman - мисливець
Snow-White - Білосніжка
Seven Dwarfs - сім гномів (гномів може бути від трьох до семи)
Декорації: стілець, стіл, дзеркало, паркан з хвірткою і висячим замком.

Сцена 1.
На екран проектується зображення красивого замку.

Звучить вальс І.Штрауса «Летюча миша». На сцену виходить королева, дзеркало і Білосніжка. Королева стоїть перед дзеркалом. Білосніжка прибирає будинок.
Queen: Mirror, mirror on the wall! Who is the most beautiful of all?
Mirror: You, my Queen, are the most beautiful of all.
Королева кокетливо крутиться перед дзеркалом.
Звучить музика з пісні «Якщо в серці живе любов» Ю.Савичевой. На сцену виходить принц. 
Prince: She is so nice. 
Принц сумно зітхає і йде зі сцени.
Білосніжка теж йде.
Mirror: You, my Queen, are beautiful, it is true. But Snow-White is more than you beautiful.
На екран проектується зображення блискавок (малюнок 2).

Звучить музика «Привид Опери» Ендрю Ллойд-Веббера. Королева сердиться і тупотить ногами. 
Звучить музика з пісні «Тепер ти в армії» Статус Кво. На сцену виходить мисливець. Він опускається на одне коліно перед королевою і покірно схиляє голову.
Queen: Take Snow-White into the forest, kill her and bring me her heart. 
Королева і дзеркало покидають сцену. 
Сцена 2.
На екран проектується зображення казкового лісу  

Звучить музика до кінофільму «Титанік» Джеймса Хорнера. Мисливець силою тягне за руку на сцену упирається Білосніжку. Він знімає з плеча рушницю і цілиться в дівчину. Білосніжка закривається руками від мисливця. І він опускає рушницю.
Huntsman: I can't kill you. Run away, poor girl! Hide in the woods and never come back. 
Мисливець йде зі сцени. Білосніжка озирається по сторонах, знизує плечима.
Snow-White: I must hide. But I don't know where I can stay.
Білосніжка тікає зі сцени. 
На екран проектується зображення будиночка в лісі.

Звучить музика до пісні «Маленька країна» И.Николаева. Білосніжка повертається на сцену і оглядається. Вона заглядає в кути сцени, виходить у центр. 
Snow-White: There is nobody in.
Звучить музика до пісні «Маленька країна» И.Николаева. Білосніжка прибирає кімнату, стомлено витирає чоло і сідає на стілець відпочити, засинає.
Звучить сюїта з балету "Лускунчик" Чайковського П. І.. На сцену весело один за одним виходять гноми.
Dwarf 1: Look our house is so clean!
Вони бачать сплячу дівчину і підходять до неї.
Dwarf 2: She is beautiful like an angel!
На екран проектується зображення Білосніжки і семи гномів з мультфільму Уолта Діснея (малюнок 5). 

Білосніжка потягується, потирає очі і дивиться на гномів.
Dwarf 3: Who are you?
Білосніжка встає і вітає гномів. 
Snow-White: My name is Snow-White. My stepmother, the Queen, wants to kill me. Please don't send me away. I can wash and cook.
Гноми дружно хитають головами.
Dwarf 1: OK! 
Dwarf 2: Cook!
Dwarf 3: You stay!
Звучить сюїта з балету "Лускунчик" Чайковського П. І.. Гноми весело йдуть один за одним зі сцени.
Сцена 3.
Звучить вальс І.штрауса «Летюча миша». На екран проектується зображення красивого замку (малюнок 1). На сцену виходить королева і дзеркало. 
Queen: Mirror, mirror on the wall! Who is the most beautiful of all?
Mirror: Snow-White is more than you beautiful. 
Королева поза себе. Вона накидає на голову хустку, бере кошик, йде до Білосніжки і стукає в будинок. На екран проектується зображення будиночка в лісі (малюнок 4). Звучить музика з кінофільму «Три горішка для Попелюшки» Олени Блакитно. Білосніжка виходить і жестом вітає незнайомку. 
Queen: Are you alone? I have tasty apples. Do you want to try? 
Королева робить вигляд, що їй жарко.
Queen: Oh, my heart! Give me some water, please.
Білосніжка приносить їй склянку з водою.
Snow-White: Here you are, Granny.
Королева п'є трохи і простягає Білосніжку яблуко.
Queen: You are very kind. Bite this apple and wish something.
Білосніжка бере яблуко, дивиться на нього, не відриваючи погляд.
Snow-White: I want to meet Prince again.
Звучить музика з пісні «Never let you go» Луньова А. Білосніжка кусає яблуко, опускається на стілець і каже яблуко на підлогу.
Звучить музика «Привид Опери» Ендрю Ллойд-Веббера. Королева торжествує. Вона скидає з себе хустку, піднімає руки і звертається в глядацький зал.
Queen: Now i'm the most beautiful of all!
Королева йде зі сцени.
Сцена 4.
Звучить сюїта з балету "Лускунчик" Чайковського П. І.. Гноми весело повертаються додому. Вони злякано переглядаються і дивляться на Білосніжку.
Dwarf 1: She doesn't look like a dead person. 
Перший гном бере Білосніжку за руку, але рука падає.
Dwarf 2: Her lips are red, her skin is white.
Dwarf 3: Млості hair is nice as before.
Третій гном гладить Білосніжку по голові. Звучить музика з пісні «Опять метель» Костянтина Меладзе. Гноми плачуть. На сцені з'являється принц. Побачивши Білосніжку, принц тужить (голова опущена, права рука на серці).
Звучить музика з пісні «Вічна любов» Жоржа Дирана Гарваренца. Принц підходить до Білосніжку і цілує її. Білосніжка починає прокидатися. На екран проектується зображення Білосніжки, принца і семи гномів з мультфільму Уолта Діснея

Принц простягає їй руку і веде в центр сцени. Він опускається на одне коліно, тримаючи Білосніжку за руку. Звучить весільний марш Мендельсона. Принца і Білосніжку вітають гноми. 
Звучить музика з пісні Ріка Астли «Together forever». Всі персонажі казки виходять на уклін. Глядачам представляють кожного учасника вистави.
Підсумком позакласного заходу стали позитивні емоції та чудовий настрій акторів і глядачів, що й було підтверджено під час обговорення вражень від інсценування.

Подорож у світ казок

Мета: Навчити дітей читати художню літературу англійською мовою, Розвивати навички читання та усного мовлення, артистичність, виховувати інтерес до іноземних мов та літератури, зацікавити учнів у вивченні іноземних мов.

 Procedure

I Greeting.

-Hello, I`m glad to see you. How are you?

 Today we `ll travel by the tales.

The hall in the Snow Queen’s palace. Music «Winter» Vivaldi.

Queen:Kay, do you remember I promised to give you the whole world and a pair of silver skates.                      

Kay:Yes, your Majesty.

Queen:Then, do what I Tell you. You must make the word «eternity» out of these icicles.(Kay begins to do that)

Music: «Winter» Vivaldi.

Gerda:Kay! Kay! Are you quite frozen? (Shakes him by his shoulders) Adviser me! If you don’t answer me, I’ll die with prow.

Kay:Huth, Gerda! You bother me!

Gerda:Kay, dear Kay, it’s me!

Kay:Yes, I see.

Gerda:Kay, have you forgotten me?

Kay:No, I never forget anything.

Gerda:How can you speak to me in such a way?

You didn’t even say to me «Glad to see you.»

Kay:Glad to see you

Gerda:You sound so cold and far away. I’ve been looking for you all over the world and now I am even afraid to come up to you. Are you really my brother, Kay?

Kay:I’m really Kay, but I am very busy now. I must make the word «eternity» out of these icicles. And the Snow Queen will give me the whole world as a present and a pair of skates. .

Gerda:Kay, my silly boy, let’s go home. I can’t leave you here^HaJOne.'T don’t like it here. You just remember. It’s spring now. The sky is blue. The sun is shining. The birds are singing.

Kay:(raising his head) You ... you are disturbing me.

Gerda:Kay, let’s go away. Our granny is waiting for us. She’s been waiting

for- you all this time. She goes out to wait for you even when it’s— raining and snowing (Weeps and embraces Kay).

Kay:Our Granny! (He shivers) I am cold, Gerda. Is it you? What’s the matter with you? Why are you crying? How did you get there? (Looks around himself) It’s so cold here. (He tries to stand up and walk, but his legs won’t obey him). I can’t walk.

Gerda:You can. Let’s go. Never mind your legs. (takes off her fur coat and puts it on Kay’s shoulders).

Music: «Winter» Vivaldi.

Teacher.Thank  you very much. My favourite literary character is Tom Sawyer. Let’s see what he is doing now.

(Sounds of country music)

II.     Scene. «Tom and Aunt Polly» by Mark Twain.

Aunt Polly:Tom! Tom! (no answer). Where is the boy? Tom!

Tom (appearing) Here I am.            

Aunt Polly:Oh, you’ve been to that closet. What were you doing there?

Tom:   Nothing.

Aunt Polly:Nothing! Look at your hands. (Tom looks at his hands). And look at your mouth. What is that?

Tom:   I don’t know, Aunty.

Aunt Polly:Well, I know. It’s jam, that’s what it is (Pointing to a stitch on the floor). Hand me that switch.!..

Tom:   Oh, look behind you, Aunt.

Aunt Polly:(looks behind her. Tom runs away. Aunt Polly stands surprised for a moment, then she breaks into a laugh.)

Aunt Polly:Tom, go and whitewash the fence.

Tom:Oh, Auntie, I can’t. I’ll do it... tomorrow.

Aunt Polly:Whitewash the fence, I say (Goes away)

Tom begins to whitewash the fence. Ben appears. He has an apple in his hand-.

Ben:What are you doing?

Tom: I am whitewashing the fence.

Ben:Do you want to say you like it?

Tom: Of course, I do. Does a boy whitewash a fence every day?

(Tom goes on whitewashing. He does not look at Ben).

Ben:Tom, let me whitewash a little!

Tom: No, I can’t. Jim wanted to do it, but Aunt Polly did not let him.

Ben: Tom, do let me. I’ll give you my apple.

Tom: All right. He takes the apple, sits down and begins to eat it. Ben is whitewashing the fence. Billy appears.

Billy; Hello! What are you doing here?

Ben: Tom and I are whitewashing the fence.

Bilty: You don’t think it is interesting, do you?

Ben: We do. Jim wanted to do it. But Aunt Polly didn’t let him.

Billy: Let me whitewash a little.

Ben: No, I won’t.

They begin fighting.

Tom: Stop that! Now it’s your turn to whitewash, Billy.

Now Billy is working.

Tom: Now it’s your turn to whitewash, Ben.

NOW Ben is wording.

Aunt Polly (appearing) Oh, it’s all done! You are good boy, Tom. Now you may go and play.

Tom: Hurrah! Let’s run to the river!

They run away.

All the boys: Hurrah!

Teacher.Thank  you very much. And now I`d like you to travel to the old tale  but in a new variant.

III Scene.The Golden Fish

The story-teller: Once upon a time there lived an old man with his wife. They were common people and lived as other people did. One day the old man said to his wife.          

Grandfather (Gf): Granny, oh Granny, what shall we have for supper?

Grandmother (Gm): Go to the shop and buy a tin of sprats in oil.

The story-teller: So the old man went to the shop and bought a tin of sprats in
	oil.
Gf:	So, Granny, we shall have a tasty supper. Have you prepared mashed
	potatoes?
Gm:	Of course, I have. Open the tin and let's have supper. Don’t waste our
	time.
Gf:	Oh, what is it? There is a Golden Fish in the tin. For god's sake, what
	shall I do?

Golden fish (GF): Don't eat me, old man. I shall fulfil your three wishes.

Gf: All right. I shall have a talk with my Granny.

Gf: Oh, Granny, dear. What an unusual tin of sprats I have bought. There is the Golden Fish there. She speaks like a human being. She promises to fulfill our three wishes.

Gm: Is it really so? You are a silly man, go back to the Golden Fish and ask her for a thousand dollars. Be quick.

St:       The man went to the Golden Fish and asked her for a thousand dollars.

GF: Go to your wife and you'll have a thousand dollars.

Gm: How happy I am. I shall buy a furcoat, fine clothes, shoes. I shall buy a house...

Gf: Are you satisfied. Granny? We are rich now.

Gm: Am I satisfied? Are you joking? Go back to the Golden Fish and ask her for Oriflame cosmetics.

Gf: What for is that cosmetics for you? You are old and your face is wrinkled.

Gm: What-are you talking about?-Go and ask what I have said

Gf: What shall I do? I have to go.

Gf: Oh, dear Fish. I'm so sorry, but my wife has become mad. She wants Oriflame cosmetics.

GF: Go home, old man. Your wife will have that cosmetics. (Gm. is sitting and using make-up)

Gf: Well, Granny. What are you doing? You are like a scarecrow.

Gm: It doesn't matter. Go to the Golden Fish and ask her for,.the third wish.

Gf: What is it?

Gm: I want to be as young and beautiful as Claudia Shiffer. Be in a hurry.

Gf: Oh, my dear Fish. The more we have, the more we want. My wife wants to be as young and beautiful as Claudia Shiffer.

GF: Well, old man. You are a poor man. Your wife is cruel and greedy. Go home. You will not recognize your wife.

Gm (looking in the mirror): Oh, my magic glass, tell me, please: who is the best in the world?

Looking-glass: You are, you are.

Gf: Oh, Granny, you are so beautiful, charming, I have never seen such a beauty.

Gm: I am not your wife. You are old. And I'm young and beautiful. Go away.

Cf:      Oh, Granny, Granny. Don't be so cruel. Pity me.

Gm: My security. Take him away.
